About Equine Assisted Learning
Equine-assisted team building is a unique and effective approach to strengthening your team's cohesion and communication skills.
The goal of equine-assisted team building is not just to have fun, but to facilitate personal and team growth. Participants often walk away with increased self-awareness, improved communication skills, and a stronger sense of team unity.
Team building programs involve interactive group activities with horses, which require teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication to complete. These activities provide a dynamic way to reveal group dynamics and improve them in a fun and engaging environment.
Working with horses in this context requires no prior equestrian experience
The activities are designed to be safe, engaging, and rewarding for all participants
Tasks include grooming, leading a horse to a designated area, and maneuvering it through a simple obstacle course.
The horses' responses to the participants as they guide them through the tasks can reveal a lot about the team's approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration.
